At Take Her Lead, our goal is for every girl involved in cricket to have a relatable role-model, at every stage of her cricket journey. To achieve this, we're helping grow the most diverse, equipped and confident cricket workforce by empowering those that are passionate about growing the game for all women & girls. The heart of the Network is to build a culture in which any woman feels fully welcomed as part of the cricket workforce, able to be fully involved, and empowered to achieve the impact you desire.
Who is the network for?
- Primarily for Women (16+) working or volunteering across recreational cricket and those that are helping to grow the Women & Girls game.
- If you're involved in cricket as a coach, umpire, scorer, committee member, team manager and beyond - the THL Women's Network is a place for you.
