What is the THL Champions Programme?
The Champions programme is our flagship programme that connects girls from under-represented and minority groups to female role models, empowering them with life skills off the pitch to help them stay in love with cricket and fulfil their potential.
Workshops are delivered by THL Champions at existing free-to-access cricket hubs across the country through delivery partners. Each participant receives 3 workshops, with a curriculum focused on developing skills such as mental confidence, resilience and improved social skills.

THL Champions are female role models in cricket, including elite players, coaches and activators. THL Champions support the delivery of our flagship mentoring programmes. You will run engaging workshops and activities to girls from under-represented groups and ethnically diverse communities.
THL Champions benefit by:
