THL Champions Programme

The Champions programme is our flagship programme that connects young cricketers and inspirational role models, with the aim to empower young girls from underprivileged backgrounds with life skills off the pitch to support them to stay in love with cricket and fulfil their potential.

Workshops are delivered by THL Champions (elite/semi-elite players) at existing free-to-access cricket hubs across the country through delivery partners e.g., MCC Foundation and Lord’s Taverners. Each participant receives 3 workshops, with a curriculum focused on developing essential life skills such as improved mental confidence, building a growth mindset, resilience and improved social skills.

· Acquire life skills to help with their journey in cricket and beyond
