Why Take Her Lead?
Take Her Lead exists to advance equity and diversity and increase participation for women and girls in sport.
Through research-led programmes and meaningful experiences, we work to ensure every woman and girl feels that they belong in sport — whether as a player, coach, broadcaster, leader or fan.
From connecting young girls with inspiring role models to creating pathways and opportunities across the cricket community, our work aims to make a lasting difference.
Funds raised through the evening will support this mission and help us continue creating opportunities for women and girls in sport.

We would love you to be part of this special evening and help us make a difference.
