ABOUT TAKE HER LEAD

Our Vision

For cricket to be a place where every woman and girl can fulfil their potential and thrive, within the game and beyond.

Our Mission

To enable a more inclusive culture for women and girls, by empowering, amplifying and connecting across the cricket community.

Our Objectives

Take Her Lead is a charity founded to the promote equality and diversity in Cricket, healthy recreation and leisure for the public benefit by working to eliminate discrimination on the grounds of sex or gender.

We aim to increase the participation of women and girls and to assist in the provision of facilities, equipment and opportunities for women and girls.

Our Inspiration

As one of only six ethnically diverse cricketers that have played for England Women, Isa Guha understands the challenges that young girls in cricket continue to face. Take Her Lead was set up in memory of her mum Roma, who always had her back.

" There were times I could have given up cricket as a teenager, but Mum offered me the advice and support I needed to keep coming back. At THL, we want to provide every young girl with that support to believe they can keep going on their journey in cricket and truly feel that cricket is a game for her. " (Isa Guha - THL Founder, former England cricketer, Broadcaster).
