Our Inspiration
Take Her Lead was founded by Isa Guha, in memory of her Mum.
"We all have women in our lives that we draw inspiration from and mine was my Mum, Roma." (Isa Guha - THL Founder, former England cricketer, Broadcaster).
"A teacher herself, she found happiness in guiding people towards their goals or forwarding people as she liked to call it. She had a huge impact on disadvantaged children and young people in the community, encouraging them to build confidence and belief that they could tackle anything. She herself believed in humanity and was interested in learning from different cultures through her respect for others and drive to create an inclusive environment wherever she went. That philosophy allowed her to support people of all backgrounds irrespective of race, gender and ability in order for them to thrive."

To enable a more inclusive culture for women and girls, by empowering, amplifying and connecting across the cricket community.
Our Objectives
Take Her Lead is a charity founded to the promote equality and diversity in Cricket, healthy recreation and leisure for the public benefit by working to eliminate discrimination on the grounds of sex or gender.
We aim to increase the participation of women and girls and to assist in the provision of facilities, equipment and opportunities for women and girls.
