Why THL Women's Network?
Our goal is for every girl involved in cricket to have a relatable role-model, at every stage of her cricket journey. To achieve this, we’re helping grow the most diverse, equipped and confident cricket workforce by empowering women who are passionate about the game.
The heart of the Network is to build a culture in which any woman feels fully welcomed as part of the cricket workforce, able to be fully involved, and empowered to achieve the impact you desire.
